Lucky101 is located in the newest, coolest spot in downtown Madison. It's a residence hall, that is distinct from, but located within the lower two floors of the larger apartment community of Lucky. This is where downtown is happening!

Lucky is part of Madison's brand new University Square – an entire city block of revitalized downtown shops, centers, and apartments. It's part of the University's exciting East Campus Redevelopment Plan, one that Chancellor John D. Wiley envisions will "invigorate the East Campus area, and provide a spark that will make it a vibrant center for performing, creating, learning and living on campus."
