OUR RESIDENT ASSISTANTS HAVE GOT YOUR BACK.

College is a huge deal, but you're not in it alone. 1-on-1 Support means you'll always have someone on hand to help you navigate year one. Friendly advice, campus information and tons of Lucky101 activities – it's the final piece to our 3-Part Residence Life Program.

A Resident Assistant (RA) will have your back from day one. Each of our RA's are trained using an extensive program that mirrors those found at the best universities. The RA's live among our residents and are always available to listen and help you balance work with play. And with our low 30:1 student to staff support ratio, you can be sure you'll get the personal attention you deserve!

1-on-1 Support gets you involved in everything UW and life at Lucky has to offer. Unique opportunities include:

  • Welcome week activities to assist you with making new friends right away
  • Attending mind-expanding Lucky101 events like faculty lectures, community guest speakers and current-event presentations
  • Having exciting Lucky101 adventures like intramural sports, rock climbing, ski trips, theatre outings, and more
  • Joining the Lucky101 Program Planning Committee
  • Giving back with community service events

Although the University is large, living in our smaller community, among people you like and trust, can help you to develop a sense of belonging and can make it easier for you to adjust during your first year.
