THE COOK-IN, CAMPUS CASH, CARRYOUT COMBO.
There are plenty of ways to feed your needs at Lucky101, whether you're an eat-innie or an eat-outie. With our full kitchens you can stock your fridge (or better yet, get your parents to), get a meal plan or do a little of both.
Campus eats.
Of course, the UW is one cafeteria that's always open. Take advantage of the University's convenient Campus Cash and Union Meal programs for eats right across the street.
With a small minimum deposit, UW's Campus Cash program offers a savings on food purchases for enrolled students. Gordon Commons (the largest dining room on campus) and Chadbourne are both across the street from Lucky101 and offer nutritious choices. See the University's WisCard website for complete details and pricing information.
For deeper discounts, you can also sign up for the Wisconsin Union's Meal Plan. The Union Meal account requires a nominal deposit and saves around 10% on purchases. It's accepted at over 14 Wisconsin Union restaurants and delis located throughout campus. The Memorial Union and Grainger Hall, each just a few blocks from Lucky, both offer Wisconsin Union dining options.
B-Y-O-Grub.
A short walk to the grocery store, or a ride on the Lucky101 grocery shuttle, and you're set. Every apartment comes with a full kitchen (finished off in the coolest finishes), so you can make 3 squares a day your own way. And since Lucky's at the center of Madison's meet-and-greet district, you'll have plenty of flavors to choose from: tofu to falafel, burgers to burritos and brats. No meal plan required.
