Q. What if I sign a lease and I don't get accepted to the UW-Madison?

Q. When are installments due?
A. There are nine installments due on the 1st each month, August through April.
Q. Do I have to leave during campus breaks?
A. Heck no. You are entitled to be in your apartment during the entire lease term. Our building will remain open during all University breaks.
Q. What furniture will be in the apartment?
A. Each apartment comes with a living room set, a writing desk and chair, one twin bed for each resident and stools for the breakfast bar.

A. Completely. We are tobacco- and chemical-free.
Q. What if I change my mind after I sign my lease or end up not coming back for the second semester?

A. We'll do everything we can to help you. Our Resident Assistants are trained to work through roommate issues with you.
Q. When can I move in?
