Paper applications can be mailed to Lucky101, 777 University Ave., Madison, WI 53715. Deposits can be paid by check (made payable to SBA Management Services) or by calling our offices at 877-36-LUCKY.
*No spaces are guaranteed until the lease documents are executed by both parties. Spaces are held on a first-come-first-served basis prior to signing the lease agreement. Once the lease has been executed by all parties the space is guaranteed!
